~Procedure :

 

1.) We will vet 3 candidates for you that speak English.

2.) We will give you Skype ID's to contact and interview the candidates.

3.) We will give you a list of questions to ask your candidates.

4.) Once you select your candidate they will be your employee.

 

Our vetting process works like this:

 

1.) We find and interview candidates through job networks.

2.) We find out the monthly salary requirements, monthly working hours desired and experience of each candidate.

3.) We filter these candidates into a pool of candidates based on these criteria.

4.) We match them to your desired criteria, and give them to you for the interview process.

 

**Note: Chinese workers are not completely fluent in English but please realize that communication will take more time at the start, and we have found that the workers get much better once they start communicating in English.
